Product Pricing:
All prices displayed on the website are in RON (Romanian Lei) and include VAT (as applicable in Romania).

The offers and products presented on the www.caldor.ro website are available while stocks last. Product prices on www.caldor.ro may be subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Methods:
Cash payment is made in RON, in full, upon delivery (cash on delivery) or when picking up the products from the headquarters of SC CALDOR INDUSTRIAL HEATING SYSTEMS SRL, located at 20 Sfantu Gheorghe Street, Pantelimon City, Ilfov County. The price of the products will be the one confirmed over the phone at the time of the order. For products delivered by couriers, payment will be made to the courier agent making the delivery or via bank transfer. For products delivered based on a special order, an advance payment of 50% of the product value is required. After phone confirmation of the order, an invoice for the advance payment or a proforma invoice will be issued. The Seller will consider the order placed once the client has made the payment according to the received advance invoice.

Special orders can be canceled within a maximum of 48 business hours.

 Delivery:
For products in stock, delivery will be made within a maximum of 3 days from the order date. If the selected product is not available in stock, the delivery time will be communicated via phone or email by one of our representatives. The ordered products will be delivered by courier to the front of the building specified by the client.

**Please note:** Products are **NOT delivered** inside the premises of the residence.

Free delivery is not offered

Return Policy:
Products purchased remotely can be returned in accordance with O.G. 130/2000. Romanian legislation stipulates: “The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing of their decision to withdraw from the purchase, without penalties and without invoking any reason, within 10 working days from the receipt of the product” (Government Ordinance no. 130/2000).

The consumer must notify the trader in writing at **office@caldorheat.com**. As per the applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal applies only to individual consumers. Therefore, the consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing (at **office@caldorheat.com**) that they wish to withdraw from the purchase without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product. The 10-day withdrawal period applies only to products delivered by courier. The returned product must be in the same condition as delivered (in its original packaging with all accessories, intact labels, and accompanying documentation). The return shipping costs will be borne by the client, and the product's value will be refunded within a maximum of 5 days from return. If the product is returned in a condition that no longer allows it to be sold as new, we reserve the right to charge a fee to restore the product to its initial state (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand. Alternatively, at the client’s request, we can return the product to them, at their expense.

**Products that were custom-made (Special Orders) cannot be returned.** A Special Order is defined as a list of products ordered by the Beneficiary that are not in the Supplier’s usual stock but can be delivered based on a firm order and advance payment under the terms agreed upon by the parties. The Supplier will inform the Beneficiary if any of the ordered products constitute a Special Order. This clause applies in accordance with O.G. 130/2000 when purchasing products from this site using distance communication techniques, as defined in O.G. 130/2000 art. 2, lit. e. If the delivered product does not meet the specifications provided by the client, it can be returned at no additional cost to the client, provided a written notice (at **office@caldorheat.com**) is sent within 48 hours of delivery specifying the non-conformity. The client can request a product replacement or a refund. Dimensional tolerance limits must be considered.

Product Warranty:
Products purchased through the website www.caldor.ro benefit from the standard warranty for each individual product, ranging from 6 to 12 months of limited warranty.

 

Special Orders:
A Special Order is defined as a list of products ordered by the Beneficiary and not usually available in the Supplier’s stock but can be delivered based on a firm order and advance payment under the agreed terms. The Supplier will inform the Beneficiary if any of the ordered products constitute a Special Order. This clause applies according to O.G. 130/2000 when purchasing products from this site using distance communication techniques, as defined in O.G. 130/2000 art. 2, lit. e. If the delivered product does not correspond to the site or client specifications, it can be returned at no additional cost to the client, provided a written notice is sent within 48 hours of delivery specifying the lack of conformity. Dimensional tolerance limits must be considered. The client can request a product replacement or a refund.

Production Tolerances:
General dimensional tolerances of ±15% and wattage tolerances of ±12.5% are acceptable.

Production and Delivery Time:
The production time for special products ranges from a minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 40 days, excluding transportation time.
