Microtubular Heaters – Advanced Performance in Compact Dimensions

Thermal efficiency in compact spaces with critical heating challenges.
Microtubular heating elements can deliver a power output of up to 9 W/cm² and reach working temperatures of up to 600°C.

Dimensions tailored to the installation space.

This type of element must be pressed against the working surface to ensure efficient heat transfer.

Microtubular heaters represent the most innovative technological expression of compacted MgO electric heating elements.

Their small dimensions and high performance make them ideal for applications where space is limited and high operating temperatures are required for optimal process functionality.

Hot runner systems and plastic injection molding have been their primary fields of application from the beginning, but thanks to their versatility, these heaters are now used in a wide range of industrial applications.

Microtubular Heater with Reflector Tube

Microtubular heaters with reflector tube, optionally equipped with a reflector tube, offer higher thermal load, more efficient heat transfer, and increased mechanical protection of the heating element.

Controlled temperature measurement is possible using a spiral or integrated thermocouple. The reflector tube can be supplied for all heater sections in the HMC series, in various diameters and lengths, with or without slots and holes.
