FINNED TUBULAR HEATERS

Bulkhead Fittings
Bulkhead fittings provide a leak-tight solution for mounting tubular heating elements through tank walls.
In the standard version, round brass fittings are crimped onto the heating element, making them suitable for low-pressure water applications (up to 80 psi) and non-pressurized air systems.
The standard kit includes:
-
Brass hex nut
-
Plated steel washer
-
Sealing gasket

Mounting Collar
Plated steel mounting collars are secured in place using a set screw and serve as an adjustable stop for through-the-wall mounting.
Collars are shipped in bulk unless otherwise specified.
They can be ordered together with the heating element or purchased separately.

Locator Washer
Locator washers are permanently attached to the heater sheath by staking or crimping and are used to limit the movement of the heating element, while still allowing for expansion and contraction of the metal sheath.

Mounting Bracket
An economical mounting solution for dry, non-pressurized applications where liquid sealing is not required.
